Married to Christine and 3 children, Dustin, Cezanne and Janine.

Moved from Fiji to Canada in 1987.

 

Did not bowl in Fiji. Started bowling in Nanaimo in 1995. First Provincial Gold in Fours in 2002 with Stephen Forrest, David Duncalf and Bob Scott.

 

Career Highlights:

Bronze Medal, World Bowls Championships, 2008. Silver Medal men’s singles, Asia Pacific Indoor Bowls Championship 2008 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Defeated reining champion Billy Jackson at Potters World Indoor Championship in Norfolk, England January 13th, 2010. Defeated 10 lawn bowling world champions in international competition in the past 4 years. Currently on a winning streak of 23 consecutive Canadian National Lawn Bowls finals (includes Bowls Canada and PBA Canada matches). First to complete lawn bowls triple crown (3 national open titles in the same year, 2006) first to hold Canadian Indoor and Outdoor singles title in the same year 2008. Selected on Team Canada for Commonwealth Games 2010 in Delhi.
